Thoracic stretch is one of the examples of stretching muscles in which ligaments and tendons need to move with speed. In order to perform thoracic stretch simply sit or lye on the mat or ground keeping the legs stretched. Keep the hands on the legs and then move smoothly downward for touching the thighs halfway. In order to get this posture one need to bend in the forward direction in a manner that the head is moving down the navel. At least count from 1-15 for holding this position and repeat it three times. One can also consider kneeling exercise which is good for the pain in upper back as well as for the strength of the muscles. Kneeling exercise or child’s pose is usually preferable for warm up. It is best for preventing pain and stress.
